Kent Nagano in Hamburg – current livestreams (November 2020)
On November 5, 6 and 7, 2020, at 8 p.m., concerts will take place in Hamburg with Kent Nagano and the Philharmonic State Orchestra Hamburg, without an audience due to the current pandemic. These concerts will be streamed live via the orchestra’s website and YouTube. The first performance will include the clarinet concerto “Adrift” by Matthew Ricketts with Philharmonic clarinettist Rupert Wachter as soloist and under the direction of Kent Nagano.

28 October at 9 pm on Classic FM – the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra under the baton of Manfred Honeck. The program includes the Polovtsian Dances from Borodin’s opera Prince Igor, before the Canadian violinist James Ehnes takes the podium for Mozart’s Violin Concerto No. 4 and the Introduction et Rondo Capriccioso by Camille Saint-Saëns.
