Omer Meir Wellber with the MKO in Munich on Sunday (August 2020)

On Sunday, Omer Meir Wellber and the Munich Chamber Orchestra (MKO) will beginn their new concert season. In the Himmelfahrtskirche in Munich the concert will take place with a reduced audience and will be played two times. The Mandolinist Jacob Reuven will also be a guest at this concert and will play Vivaldi’s Concert for Mandolin. Together with him and the Sinfonietta Leipzig, Omer Meir Wellber will present a special program from Vivaldi and Piazzolla also at the harpsichord and accordion in October in Leipzig.

Opening concert of Dreamstage with Jan Vogler and Hélène Grimaud (August 2020)

On August 22, Dreamstage opens its doors with a concert by cellist Jan Vogler and pianist Hélène Grimaud. For their Dreamstage debut, they will stream a program for a worldwide audience that combines Robert Schumann’s Fantasy Pieces op. 73, Johannes Brahms’ Sonata op. 38 and Dmitri Shostakovich’s Sonata for Cello and Piano op. 40.
