Gregory Kunde sings Andrea Chenier at Vienna State Opera (January 2019)

American tenor Gregory Kunde is currently guest at Vienna State Opera (the first time since 2012) and will sing the title role of Giordano’s Andrea Chenier on Sunday, 6 January 2019 (revival) and also on 9, 11 and 15 January 2019.

In Jun 2019 Gregory Kunde will return to the Vienna State Opera for performances of Verdi’s Aida (Radames).

Gregory Kunde sings Calaf in the new production of Turandot at Teatro Real in Madrid (November 2018)

American tenor Gregory Kunde is currently rehearsing at Teatro Real in Madrid for the new production of Puccini’s Turandot, staged by renowned stage director Robert Wilson, which will be premiered on 30 November.

Gregory Kunde will sing Calaf on the following evenings: 30 November, 3, 6, 9, 12, 16, 20 December.

Gregory Kunde: Gala concerts with soprano Elīna Garanča (July 2018)

On 4 and 7 July American tenor Gregory Kunde will give two gala concerts with the Latvian soprano Elīna Garanča in Austria: Klassik unter Sternen and Klassik in den Alpen.

In both concerts they will present a “Verismo”program.

Gregory Kunde sings Verdi in Dresden & Wiesbaden (April 2018)

On Saturday, 28 April American tenor Gregory Kunde will sing Don Alvaro in Verdi’s La Forza del Destino at Semperoper Dresden’s new production and premiere, staged by Keith Warner.

On Tuesday, 1 May the tenor will sing the title role of Verdi’s Otello at Staatstheater Wiesbaden on the occasion of the International May Festival. It will be a gala performance. Click here for more information.

From Wednesday, 7 March, American tenor Gregoy Kunde will perform in Verdi’s opera Aida , singing Radames. The production has been put on stage by Hugo de Ana in 1998.
