Midori in Berlin (June 2025)

On 22 June, violinist Midori will perform Dvořák’s Violin Concerto in A minor, Op. 53 in the Berlin Philharmonie – together with the Deutsches Symphonie-Orchester conducted by Marie Jacquot, Midori will present a work that has accompanied her for over 35 years. In 1989, the violin concerto was released by Sony as a live recording with the New York Philharmonic under Zubin Mehta. Midori and the orchestra will also open the AUDI Summer Concerts 2025 on 21 June.

 

The concert on 22 June will be streamed live on medici.tv and can also be heard on 6 July at 21:05 CET on Deutschlandfunk.
